Dubliner Nina Hynes, along with her band, makes a bittersweet sort of rock music. She employs a pretty, fragile vocal style, at times sounding remarkably like Bjork. On "William Tell," Creations opening track, she sounds so much like Bjork that the resemblance is a bit unnerving, or at least distracting. Still, the song presents a brutally sweet overture, mildly frightening in tone, but extremely pleasing and accomplished.
Nina Hynes is at her best when she leaves behind the Bjorkish mimicry, and its hard to fault this fine collection of dreamy, stylish tunes. Unless she wants to be pegged as the front-runner for the lead-singer spot in a Sugarcubes cover band, she will hopefully concentrate more on her own, powerful thematics.

In the Midnight Juggernauts Dystopia constellation, a line can be traced from the modern symphony of M83 and Air, all the way back to the electronic psychedelia of CAN and the pop smarts of ELO. John Carpenter is in the directors chair, Georgio Moroders compiling the soundtrack, and Goblin is screaming from the shadows.
Throughout its 13 tracks Dystopia lays a common thread of vigilant optimism, although its a mood often shrouded with a dark and sinister disposition. The relentless stomp of techno-meets-disco singles Road To Recovery, Shadows and 45 And Rising have already scored the band airplay on triple j and independent radio Australia wide, while further into the stratosphere theyve found themselves pounced on by BBC1 and MTV2 UKEurope, the latter marking them as "artists were tipping for the top in 2007". The formula is tweaked with glittering results on album tracks like Into The Galaxy, Twenty Thousand Leagues and Nine Lives, while introspective departures (such as the title track or album closer Aurora) or abrasive moments (Intro and Scorpius) display a luscious and darker side to Midnight Juggernauts exterior.

Совместный альбом Zenzile и High Tone получился какоы-то ночной по звучнию. Мрачноватый dub, как музыка к фильму про ночных животных, поедаюших каких-то бабочек в ночи. Хочется под такую музыку побегать радостно кругами, как волк из мультфилима, демонстрируя всем свою темную сторону. Можно себе позволить: ночи сейчас теплые, а музыkу можно забрать под катом)

По такой музыке только психилогический портрет и составлять. Один треклист может охарактеризовать музыканта как человека довольно ленивого. Музыка так вообше - колбасся по полной, только вот звуков было жалко, да и вообше, человек музыку для keygen-ов делает! чего от него ожидать? Ну там че-нить веселое и зацикленное на своей колбасности. Да, но... хотя так и есть)))

Вот не поленился порыскать по сети и найти. Этот диск содержит песни гетто, гетто в котором побывал сам кантор. Мы все много слышали про Холокост. В том числе и то, что в гетто писались песни и проводились концерты. Я долго не мог понять как это? А вот так! Качайте и слушайте.
